We offer 3 comprehensive residential consultation packages which feature our most popular feng shui services:
1. A personal interview to assess your home's ability to support your family's needs and expectations in 9 different fields of support.
2. An assessment of your interior living space.
3. An assessment of your exterior landscape.
4. Recommendations for correcting and maintaining both the interior and exterior of your home to provide your family with the best environment to support it's needs and goals.
5. Professional Space Clearing and Home Healing services using sound entrainment, smudging and a Blessing Ceremony.
6. Perform an EMF assessment of your home.

Basic Home Consultation $299.00
This package is for any residence up to 2,500 sq. ft. of interior space (approximately 3-4 hours).
Executive Home Consultation $399.00
This package is for larger residences over 2,500 sq. ft. of interior space (approximately 5-6 hours).
Estate Home Consultation $499.00
This is for luxury estates over 5,000 sq. ft. and may include separate outbuildings for guest or staff housing (approximately 7-8 hours).
Residential Services Price Schedule
Custom Service Retainer Contracts are a great option to secure services at greatly reduced rates. This is especially economical for larger building and remodeling projects where regular monitoring and accessibility are required. The rates are negotiated as a monthly flat rate fee based on projected hours of services required per month. Additional hours for services are billed per the regular business services price schedule.
Design Consultation: $75.00 per hour
Residential Space Clearing : $100.00 flat fee
Out Of County Travel: $35.00 p/h (one way)
Out of State Service Fees: $750.00 per day
